Eight massage techniques. One set of hands.

Integrative bodywork blends massage techniques per session - I read what's going on with your body and build the session around it, rather than picking one method and applying it to everyone. Here are the eight I work in.

Most massage sessions blend two or three.

A "deep tissue" session might start with Swedish to warm tissue, move into neuromuscular work on a specific trigger point, and finish with myofascial release across the broader pattern.

You don't need to pick the technique - you tell me what's bothering you, and I bring the right tools. Most clients book the time slot - 60 or 90 minutes, 75 on request - and let me handle the toolbox. During intake, we'll discuss specific goals and what you've tried, then I'll integrate the right blend.

What each one actually is.

From deep tissue massage to Zoku Shin Do Japanese foot massage - pick whichever you're curious about, or none of them, and let me read your body during intake.

01

Deep Tissue & Therapeutic

Slow, specific work for desk shoulders, locked-up hips, and the kind of pain that doesn't quit on its own.

02

Sports & Recovery

Targeted stretching, trigger-point work, and recovery between training blocks for cyclists, trail runners, and post-game work that keeps you in your sport.

03

Neuromuscular & Trigger Point

For chronic pain patterns where one spot keeps referring somewhere else. Precise, methodical, and effective when nothing else has worked.

04

Myofascial Release

Slow, sustained pressure on fascial restrictions. Pairs naturally with deep tissue and trigger-point work for clients with long-standing tension.

05

Swedish & Foundational

Rhythmic, full-body work that resets the parasympathetic nervous system. The foundation under most other techniques, or its own session when relaxation is the goal.

06

Zoku Shin Do

A traditional Japanese foot-and-lower-leg modality. Reflex-based, methodical, and unusually thorough — a favorite for plantar fasciitis, runners' feet, and anyone standing all day.

07

Hot Stone

Heated basalt stones used as an extension of my hands — weighted, deep heat to penetrate dense muscle. Integrated into a session, not the whole session.

08

Corporate Chair Massage

Fully-clothed, minimal-setup work focused on the high-tension areas of the upper body. Good for office wellness events and busy individuals between meetings.
