Honest bodywork
in a quiet room
on College Ave.
My Tiny Massage Studio is a solo practice. One practitioner, one private room, a careful pace. Board-certified work for people who want their session to actually help — not a spa experience that wears off by the parking lot.
Modalities
What I do.
Three featured ways of working. There are five more on the modalities page — including one (Zoku Shin Do) that no other Fort Collins therapist offers.
Deep Tissue Massage
For chronic tension, post-injury rehab, and bodies that need real pressure — not relaxation work disguised as therapy.

Pre-event, mid-training, and post-event work for runners, cyclists, climbers, lifters, and CSU athletes.
Read more →Zoku Shin Do — Japanese Foot Massage
A specialized Japanese foot therapy rooted in lower-leg reflex points and meridian work — uncommon in the US, harder to find in Colorado.

I'm Chris. This is my studio.
Christopher Acosta, LMT, Board Certified Integrative Bodyworker. I run My Tiny Massage Studio as a solo practice — one room, one practitioner, by appointment. No front desk, no upsell. When you walk in, the session has my full attention.
I work in eight modalities and most sessions blend two or three. The goal is real work that actually moves the needle — not a spa experience that wears off by the time you reach the parking lot.

FAQ
Common questions.
Do I need to know which modality to pick before booking?
No. Book a Foundational Restoration Session and we'll figure out the right approach together during the session.
Is this a deep tissue or relaxation place?
Both, neither, and everything in between. The practice is integrative — sessions blend whatever modalities the work calls for.
What if I've never had professional bodywork before?
The 90-minute Foundational Restoration Session is built for first-time guests. Longer than a standard intro so there's time to talk through what you need.
